Loneliness and isolation affects so many older people across Northern Ireland and can have a serious impact on your health.
To try and reach out to those who have nobody, pupils here in Denamona worked so hard and made 100 very special Christmas cards to let others know they care and to encourage the children to make positive connections with the older generation.
Well done and thank-you to all the all the pupils!! It was exciting to see you on TV and there was so much positive feedback from those who received the cards. 🎄☃📧
