This week is Children’s Mental Health Week.
Today P6/7 made a visit to the library to hear some wonderful stories. These stories emphasised the importance of looking after our mental health and ways we can do this. Have a look at some of our top tips below. You will notice that one of these was to be active - only right to then end our visit with a trip to the park!
