What better way to start our Victorians topic than baking a Victoria Sponge cake. While learning about Queen Victoria and how this cake was named after her, we also had to follow a recipe carefully and ensure all our measurements were accurate. We can confirm it tastes as good as it looks. Lots of wonderful bakers in P6/7, who were very proud of their masterpiece!
