To celebrate World Book Day everyone came to school dressed as a word. We were so impressed with the creativity in both costumes and vocabulary shared! Well done to everyone and a special shoutout to our prize winners from each class.
After assembly P1-P4 enjoyed listening to stories while Key Stage 2 showcased their knowledge of various books and authors in a competitive quiz! Well done to our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams!
Overall, it was wonderful to see great enthusiasm for reading and books and to celebrate such an important aspect of learning.
